This form is for dangerous structures that do not present an immediate risk.

Issues relating to highways, pavements, or trees should be reported to Surrey County Council.

Before starting this form, please review the information below, while not all of it is required, providing as much detail as possible will help us assess and respond to your report more efficiently.

1. The full address of the property (please provide as much detail as possible to help our inspector find the property).

3. As much information as possible about the dangerous structure, including:

• The type of structure (e.g. building, wall, hoarding)

• What is dangerous and where it is located on the building
