Tandridge District Council would like to contact you in the future to provide you with details of third party landowners, developers, land agents, housing associations or other groups that deal in or wish to be involved in self-build; or to inform you of further Council or third party initiatives relating to self/customer build.
Fee Payment 

The Council is now charging a fee for entry onto and for remaining on the Register due to the work associated with maintaining the Register.  The fee for entry has been set at £100 with a yearly fee of £25 for remaining on it.  These charges form part of the eligibility criteria and failure to pay will mean that you will not be eligible for entry onto either Part 1 or Part 2 of the Register. 

You cannot complete your application to join the register until the fee has been paid.

This information is collected by Tandridge District Council as data controller in accordance with the data protection principles in the Data Protection Act 1998. Tandridge District Council is collecting data to assess suitability of applications for Self and Custom Build projects in the District.
