Large stationery order form

Please use this form if you need to order a large stationery item, such as a whiteboard, clock or foot stool. 

Once you have submitted the form your line manager will either approve or decline the request. If it is approved the item is ordered and you’ll receive an e-mail to collect it. If your request is declined your line manager will e-mail you an explanation.
