Filming application form

Please submit your application at least 10 working days before your intended filming/photography date.

Before you start, please have ready:
  • Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5m or £10m for medium/large shoots or drone use).
  • Site-specific risk assessment.
  • Signed Terms & Conditions (including payment and cancellation policies).
  • Any applicable permits or licences (eg child performance, drone use).

If yes, please upload the following:
  • £10m aviation public liability insurance.
  • CAA Operational Authorisation (PfCO or GVC).
  • Certified drone pilot ID.
  • Flight path map.
  • Drone-specific risk assessment.



Section 5: Payment information






Important:
Full payment must be received before filming is permitted.
Cancellation fees and refundable deposits may apply (see Terms & Conditions).

Section 6: Declaration and Submission

By submitting this application, I confirm:
  • The information provided is accurate and complete.
  • I have read and agree to comply with Tandridge District Council’s Filming Terms & Conditions.
  • All required documents are included.
  • I indemnify Tandridge District Council against claims, damages, or losses arising from filming on council land.
  • Permission to film is subject to Council approval and full payment of fees.




Next steps
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your application is received.
  • If approved, a letter of agreement and invoice will be sent.
  • Filming can only begin after all documentation is approved and payment is made.
