To help us assess the problem, please take clear photos of the damp and mould areas.

Tips
  • Show the whole area: Take wide shots showing where the damp or mould is in the room - corner of the ceiling, around a window, behind furniture. Include part of the room, like a window, radiator, or piece of furniture, for context.
  • Show the problem up close: Take close-up photos of the damp or mould so we can see colour, texture and size.
  • Show and damage: if paint is peeling , plaster is bubbling, or furniture is damaged, take photos of it too.
  • Take multiple angles: Photos from different angles help us understand the full extent.
  • Include all affected areas: If there is damp or mould in more than one room or wall, please take photos of all of it.
